Welcome
to Catholic Social Services (CSS) |
| |
Catholic
Social Services (CSS) traces its origin
to colonial Philadelphia. The ten agencies of
CSS administer programs dedicated to serving
men, women and children in need. They are
an expression of the charitable works of the
local Church. Services include residential
treatment programs for at-risk children, family
preservation services, foster care, adoption,
immigration services, counseling, senior
citizen centers, programming for the elderly,
transitional housing, homeless services, and
care for medically fragile men and women.
We provide residential and community-based
education programs to court-adjudicated youth,
and sponsor residential and community-based
care for persons who are developmentally delayed.

Welcome
to Nutritional Development Services (NDS) |
| |
Nutritional
Development Services (NDS) exists
to provide food to children and those in need.
Partnering with federal and community food
programs such as the National School Lunch
Program, the Child Care Program, the Summer
Food Service Program and the At-Risk After
School Snack Program, NDS acts as an
intermediary between the hungry and social
service nutrition programs in the Delaware
Valley area. Since its founding in 1973,
NDS has organized community efforts such
as food drives and provided nutrition assistance
and information to families in need.
